📌 How to Claim the Warranty

Patients must report any issue related to the dental work within the applicable warranty period. Please contact the clinic as soon as any concern arises.

✅ What the Warranty Covers

Our dental warranty covers:

  • Material defects

  • Technical issues arising from treatment performed at our clinic

❌ Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • New tooth decay, gum inflammation, gum recession, or periodontal disease

  • Damage caused by adjacent teeth affecting function

  • Accidents, misuse, or dropping the dental prosthesis

  • Root canal treatment needed after tooth preparation (unpredictable in advance)

  • Changes in bite or oral condition that affect the fit or function of the prosthesis

🦷 Removable Denture Exclusions

Denture warranty does not cover damage from:

  • Dropping

  • Accidental trauma

  • Improper use (e.g. biting hard objects outside intended purpose)

Dental Implant Warranty Policy

🔩 Implant Fixture Warranty

We offer a Lifetime Warranty on implant fixtures (implant post) for all brands placed by Smile & Shine dentists.
Condition: The patient must attend regular follow-up appointments as scheduled by the clinic.

👑 Warranty for Crowns, Bridges, or Fixed Dentures on Implants

  • Crowns, bridges, or permanent dentures placed on dental implants are covered for 2 years from the date of delivery.

⚠️ Implant Warranty Exclusions

  • Abutments (the connector between implant and crown) are not covered.

  • The warranty applies only to the implant fixture and prosthetic materials.

  • Does not include:

    • Surgical fees

    • Bone grafting costs

    • Other associated fees for repairs or replacements

Implant Passport: Ensuring Confidence in Your Chosen Implants

  • At the clinic, we provide an Implant Passport, a warranty document directly from the implant manufacturer, specifying the date, location, and implant details with a sticker from the packaging containing its unique code.
  • Smile and Shine Dental Clinic uses only FDA-approved implants and materials imported through authorized distributors in Thailand.
