Many Patients Ask: How Long Does Treatment Take?
The answer depends on the condition of each case and individual patient!
(Some cases get their teeth within 24 hours after surgery, while others may take several years.)

With advancements in medical technology, treatments are becoming faster and more efficient.
However, one thing we must always respect is “nature.”
Everyone’s natural condition is unique.
If speeding up the process is possible, I will choose a method that achieves quicker results.
But if it’s not feasible, we must follow the step-by-step process.

For treatments like **All-on-4, All-on-6, or All-on-X**, implants are typically placed in thicker, slow-resorbing bone regions.
For example:
– **Lower Jaw**: Chin area
– **Upper Jaw**: Front bone base
In such cases, thin bone areas are trimmed, and implants are placed in thicker bone areas instead.
However, for patients with very thin bone (common in Asians), conventional All-on-X treatments are often not possible.
Two options remain:
1. **Zygomatic Implant**: Long implants anchored in the cheekbone.
   – Requires an operating room (OR) and general anesthesia.
2. **Bone Grafting Under Local Anesthesia**: A more gradual approach.

**Case Example:** Bone Grafting
This patient came with advanced gum disease, resulting in most teeth (upper jaw and lower right jaw) being unsalvageable.
The upper jaw had minimal bone, and the lower jaw bone was thin.
**Treatment Process:**
– Extracted infected teeth.
– Performed sinus lifts and bone grafting on both sides (from 1mm to 15mm), covering the
